Honor Scholar-Banco Popular Scholarship 
In the minds of many who work at the University of Navarra, echoing the words of its founder, San JosemarÃa, when he said that nobody would stop studying at this university for lack of economic resources. The daring, magnanimity and creativity of many have made this wish come true, in different initiatives over the years. But it is necessary that businesses, organizations and corporations providing financial support to provide real and effective initiatives. The People's Bank, through its contributions to the Alumni Scholarship Fund and the recent initiative of the claims of academic excellence, enables many students to study at the University of Navarra, in addition to linking aid to academic performance. In the 2010/2011 academic year are 14 residents who enjoy an Alumni Scholarship in Aldaz, and 10 schoolgirls who have taken the loan program for Academic Excellence. That is, half the residents of our College. We are grateful to Banco Popular, Basque and Banco Popular Foundation, as part of their corporate social responsibility, have decided to invest in economic aid to promote academic excellence and sense of responsibility.
