Last Monday was with us Professor of Education at the UN, Artal Ugarte Carolina. We talked about the subject Education for Citizenship, a very "controversial" in the field of English education. Why? As misguided and is raised, he explained that this course aims to answer the questions of the Human Being. The teacher gave us his views on the subject: "I'm a fan of the subject, but not how it is raised."
